Shareholder Proposal Tracker

Broadridge is tracking shareholder proposals by meeting date, proponent, proposal type/category and topic, and voting results. The tracker, which is updated weekly (twice weekly for the next several weeks given the number of proposals this time of year), includes links to the relevant part of the proxy statement and the Form 8-K voting report (once available). The tracker as of April 25 includes 510 proposals. Access the most current version here.
