Growing demands for climate data have prompted an increasing number of companies to report or plan to report their GHG emissions. However, with so many new regulations and frameworks, understanding where to start can be confusing and time-consuming.
The Society collaborated with climate management and accounting platform provider Persefoni to develop a starter guide to enable companies to more efficiently and effectively measure, manage, and disclose emissions-related information. The white paper: “Climate Disclosure Starter Guide: Measuring, Managing, and Reporting Scope 1, 2, and 3 Emissions” outlines a simple 5-step process to help business leaders navigate the complicated and complex workstreams of climate management.
