Littler’s “2024 AI C-Suite Survey Report” reveals the results of the firm’s recent survey of 336 US-based C-suite executives (including 37% CLOs/GCs, 23% CEOs, and 17% CHROs) across industries on their companies’ use of AI. Benchmarking data covers the existence, components, enforcement, and training on generative AI policies and the use of AI in human resources and talent acquisition processes.
Of those companies with generative AI policies (44%), nearly half require employees to obtain approval of the uses from a centralized AI decision-making group, while just over half require employees to obtain approval from their managers / supervisors.
