On Friday, SEC staff posted numerous updated Exchange Act Rules Compliance & Disclosure Interpretations relating to Rule 10b5-1, including a few question withdrawals and additions. Many (but not all) of the updates simply clarify the questions. We will include a summary of substantive changes in this week’s Society Alert.
