Also reported on page 7 of the report are the percentages of environmental, social, and governance proposals supported by each of ISS and Glass Lewis for the season year-to-date compared to the 2023 and 2024 seasons. ISS’s support for environmental and social proposals declined sharply from 2024 to 2025 season-to-date and increased for governance proposals, while Glass Lewis’s support declined for environmental proposals and increased for social and governance proposals. The difference in support for social proposals in particular is dramatic, with ISS supporting 24% compared to Glass Lewis’s 45% support of such proposals.
