The Society submitted a comment letter in response to the ISS Annual Policy Survey (we reported on here) for the 2026 proxy season. The letter addresses potential policy positions on the wide array of topics including board leadership, written consent, director overboarding, executive compensation, AI governance, and board diversity. Thank you to Society Corporate Practices Committee chair, Tony Richelieu, who was instrumental in the review and editing process, and the Society members who offered their views and drafting and review skills, and who otherwise actively engaged in this important effort.
