Courtesy of Proxy Analytics, Vanguard posted its updated proxy voting guidelines for the 2026 proxy season (effective January 2026), as follows:
- Vanguard Capital Management (VCM): Global and U.S.
- Vanguard Portfolio Management (VPM): Global and U.S.
As previously reported, Vanguard announced a reorganization of its US investment advisory structure last June into these two wholly owned investment advisors. Analyses of substantive year-over-year changes are forthcoming.
