"2025 Best Practices for Proxy Circular Disclosure" from the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance shares examples of "best-in-class" proxy disclosures and associated guidance across a number of topical corporate governance, environmental, social, and executive compensation practices that—in most cases—cross geographical boundaries such that they are instructive for US issuers.
