The Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR)—a coalition of faith- and values-based investors collectively representing over $4 trillion in assets under management—released its “2026 Proxy Resolutions & Voting Guide” (complimentary download, click “Download The 2026 Guide”), which provides information on the 415 ICCR member-sponsored proposals filed for the 2026 proxy season as of February 20, which marks a significant increase from the 217 proposals filed as of February 15 for the 2025 proxy season. Proposals are categorized by company and topic and include proposal lead and co-filer information.

ICCR expects 71% of its member-sponsored proposals to go to a vote this season. Moreover, as of the publication date, 33 proposals had been withdrawn following engagement with companies, while companies had notified ICCR members of their intent to exclude a total of 84 proposals from their ballots.
