Ready
An organizational calendar, also sometimes referred to as annual agenda, is an organizational tool that is not required but commonly used by corporate secretaries to organize the activities of the board (or its committees) over the course of the year. The calendar ordinarily reflects activities triggered by the company's stock exchange, as well as securities laws and state and other governing laws and regulations, committee charters, corporate governance guidelines, bylaws, good governance practices, etc.
