A "10-K wrap" refers to a summary report of a company's annual performance that bundles or wraps around the Form 10-K with additional commentary from the company, e.g., corporate vision, letter to shareholders, business overview. It is often used instead of the traditional "glossy" annual report, and generally contains fewer images and comments from management.
