Currently focused primarily on CARB’s regulations to implement California’s SB 253 (greenhouse gas emissions reporting) and SB 261 (climate-related financial risk disclosure), but expected to encompass other states’ climate disclosure laws and regulations in the foreseeable future, the State Climate Disclosure Forum Community provides a forum to exchange ideas, ask questions about, and discuss strategies for compliance with these state reporting and disclosure laws and regulations.
