We are pleased to announce that Kenneth A. Bertsch, President and CEO of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, will join us for our Chapter's Annual Meeting. Ken will have a few remarks during the business portion of the meeting. We will begin at 12:30 p.m. with an opportunity to socialize with Chapter members. Lunch will be served approximately 1:00 p.m. Following lunch, we will vote on the slate of officers listed below for the 2012 - 2013 Chapter year, receive remarks from Ken Bertsch and entertain any other business.

Directions: Eaton House is located in Bratenahl, Cleveland's first eastern suburb on Lake Erie. From downtown Cleveland take the Shoreway (I-90) east to the Eddy Road exit. Turn left on Eddy Road and then turn left on Lakeshore Blvd. Head west for 1/4 mile to the first right turn onto Corning Drive. Turn right onto Corning Drive and go to 282 Corning Drive at the end of the street.
