December Meeting of the Society's New York Chapter Shareholder Proposals for the 2014 Proxy Season & New York Chapter Holiday Party As many of you prepare to dive into the 2014 proxy season, join us for a panel discussion on shareholder proposals with Shelley Dropkin, Managing Director, Deputy Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, Corporate Governance, Citigroup Inc., Beth Ising, Partner, Gibson Dunn, Bill Ultan, Morrow & Co., LLC, Senior Managing Director, and Lori Zyskowski, Executive Counsel - Corporate Securities and Finance, General Electric Company. We will be applying for New York State CLE Credit for this portion of the meeting. The New York Chapter holiday party will follow the shareholder proposal discussion. Agenda: 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Registration) 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Panel Discussion) 7:30 p.m. (Holiday Party) The deadline for registration is December 11 at 5pm. Please note that photo-ID required for entry. You may sign up for all of the three New York Chapter Panel programs on December 17th, January 23rd and February 27th that are scheduled for our Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 seasons.
