We invite you to join us in person in Palo Alto for our reporting roundtable. This year’s program will focus on a broad range of topics that impact companies’ SEC filings, proxy statements and annual meeting preparations. Our panelists will analyze the most recent proxy season, look ahead to 2026 and discuss a variety of issues regarding company disclosures and practices, including:
- Lessons learned from the 2025 proxy season, including “say-on-pay” votes and compensation disclosures
- Emerging SEC disclosure trends, including on tariffs and trade policies
- Impacts of updated proxy advisory voting guidelines, including Glass Lewis ending its benchmark proxy voting policy
