Rescheduled Meeting: Registration Link to Come!
Please join us on Friday, March 6 from 1PM to 2PM (Eastern) for a virtual meeting discussion on the Role of States in Shareholder Proposals as part of the State Corporate Law Group. This meeting will consider the potential impacts on states and corporations if Rule 14a-8 were to be modified or rescinded.
We will pick up the discussion from December’s Kickoff meeting where we started to consider, among other items, reform alternatives. For this Chatham House Rule meeting, we want to encourage active discussion to tease out pros/cons of the alternatives.
