Private Companies Community Quarterly Meeting

When:  Mar 31, 2026 from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM (ET)

Please join us for the upcoming Private Companies Community Quarterly Meeting, taking place virtually on Tuesday, March 31 from 2:00-3:00 PM ET, and open to all in-house private company members, as well as law firm members and governance and other consultants and advisors who represent and counsel private companies.

This lightly structured, AI-focused program, conducted under the Chatham House Rule, will explore topics including leading board AI oversight practices, director AI “dos and don’ts,” and the use of AI tools and devices in the boardroom.

We are delighted to welcome Dylan Sandlin, Program Manager, Digital & Cybersecurity, with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), as our featured guest. Dylan will share the NACD’s perspective on board oversight of AI, as well as guidance it is providing to directors seeking to navigate this rapidly evolving area.

Importantly, this program is intended to be highly interactive and discussion-oriented, serving as a forum for members to raise questions, share practical experiences, and exchange views with peers, while also engaging with and building on Dylan’s and the NACD’s insights.
