Join us for the New York Chapter 2026 Annual Meeting! 
 
You are cordially invited to the 2026 Annual Meeting of the New York Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Please join us for an evening of connection, celebration, and Chapter business, including the annual election of officers and Advisory Committee members. Proxy voting materials will follow. 
 
We look forward to coming together as a community to welcome new leadership, reflect on the past year, and enjoy time with fellow governance professionals. This annual gathering continues to be a highlight of the Chapter calendar--bringing together a group of thoughtful, accomplished, and collegial peers for a memorable evening.
