Pacific Northwest Chapter | Activism Preparedness and Happy Hour

Join the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm PT for a time of practical insights and connection, either virtually or in Seattle or Portland. The program will feature a discussion on Activism Preparedness, along with time to network with colleagues and enjoy beverages and hors d'oeuvres.

PNW Chapter Members are encouraged to bring a "plus one" for this event. If you have a friend or colleague who is a corporate governance professional in the region, but not a Society member, please bring them along or invite them to join virtually! We ask all attendees to register using the link below.

Date and Time: Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 4:30pm - 6:30pm PT (1 hour CLE beginning at 5:00pm PT, with time before and after to network)

Locations: Join us virtually (link will be provided following registration) if you're outside the Seattle/Portland metro areas, or in person at the offices of Perkins Coie LLP in Seattle (1301 Second Avenue, Suite 4200) or in Portland (1120 NW Couch Street, 10th Floor). Parking in the garages of the office buildings will be validated. 

CLE Program: We will be seeking CLE credit for OR, WA, and ID for the program.
