During the session, we’ll dive into timely, practical topics shaping today’s governance landscape, including:

- The "new" SEC and Disclosure Reform
- As well as any and all things on your mind! No topic is too unimportant, no question is too granular, we are all grappling with many of the same issues.

Sodali & Co has agreed to host both our meeting and breakfast on March 12th from 8:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. There is ample parking available, and they are a short ride from the Stamford train station.
Members are encouraged to pre-submit additional topics they would like to be addressed by the group.
