Northern California Chapter Meeting - Social Event & Annual Meeting

​Please join us for an afternoon of networking, lunch, and conversation! This fun and informal event will allow you to catch-up with old friends, make new contacts, and extend your network with like-minded governance professionals. Come on your own or bring a friend. Lunch will be provided. We hope to see you there! 

Annual Meeting

In addition, this meeting will serve as the Annual Meeting for the Northern California Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance. The agenda includes the annual election of officers and the Officer Committee. Please vote your Proxy electronically by clicking here, or sign and date the hardcopy Proxy and email it along with the Ballot promptly to Carrie Darling at carrie.h.darling@gmail.com. Any Proxy so given may be revoked at any time prior to the exercise of power conferred thereby. When voting on-line be certain to enter your name and the date where indicated on the bottom of the proxy. Otherwise your proxy will be invalid and not be counted. We ask that all Chapter members complete a ballot for the election of the 2018-2019 officers and Officer Committee as soon as possible.
