The Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals (the Society) and the Corporate Secretaries International Association (CSIA) are holding a Governance Roundtable in New York on 17 October 2012. The Roundtable will examine whether Eastern and Western models of corporate governance are converging or diverging with output from the Roundtable to be used to further develop the CSIA’s draft Universal Corporate Governance Principles.
