Parking: Please park in the CENTENE PLAZA PARKING 4 at the intersection of Forsyth Blvd. & a tiny street called Lyle Avenue (the 1st stoplight east of the Hanley Rd/Forsyth Blvd). Take a ticket at the gate, then take an immediate right up the ramp. Drive to LEVEL 5 to the Club's Main Entrance. You may park in any available space, even those labeled "Centene Reserved." Bring your parking ticket with you, so it can be validated.
Uber/Lyft/cab/car service: Have your driver deliver you to 7676 Forsyth Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63105. Once in the lobby, look to your left and you'll see an elevator lobby (this is before the Security desk). Take one of the elevators to LEVEL 5.
