Prompted by a discussion in the AI working group, please join us for a lightly structured Chatham House Rule discussion on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Boardroom, taking place virtually on Thursday, March 5, from 2:00-3:00 pm EST.

This Chatham House Rule conversation will be facilitated by Paul Rodel, Partner, and Matt Kelly, Counsel, Debevoise & Plimpton, and will provide a safe forum for members to discuss:

• Board AI policies / guidelines / dos and don’ts
• Board AI education and training
• Board/director AI “expertise” and related disclosure
• Use of AI in relation to generating board meeting transcripts, summaries, and minutes
