Sustainability Practices Quarterly Structured Discussion

Please join us for the next Sustainability Practices Quarterly Structured Discussion, taking place on Thursday, April 30, from 2:00-3:00 pm ET. 
  
These quarterly meetings, held under the auspices of the Sustainability Practices Committee (SPC), serve as a forum where members can share experiences, practices, challenges, and approaches around all things related to sustainability practices and disclosure. 

Discussion topics include: 

• EU’s recently adopted Omnibus directive (CSRD, CS3D); status of the ESRS; and other EU sustainability policy priorities potentially relevant for US companies (Freshfields team)
• CARB developments and next steps; status of other state climate disclosure bills modeled after California’s SB 253 or SB 261 (June Hu, Sullivan & Cromwell)
• State-level ESG updates (Leah Malone, Simpson Thacher)
