On Friday, December 12, from 2PM to 3PM (Eastern), the Society will host a virtual meeting to kick off the Society’s newly formed State Corporate Law Group. The State Corporate Law Group serves as the principal member forum to facilitate members’ increased understanding and engagement on state corporate law developments.
For this kickoff meeting, we will discuss legislative, regulatory, and judicial developments in Texas and Delaware as well as explore states’ potential role in shareholder proposals.
