Faith/Values Investors File Numerous Proposals

The Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility – a coalition of more than 300 faith- and values-driven institutions - released its 2020 Proxy Resolutions & Voting Guide, which provides information on the 254 ICCR member-sponsored resolutions filed at 188 companies for the 2020 proxy season as of February 21, with an additional nine reportedly planned to be filed this Spring. This compares to 277 proposals filed as of the end of the 2019 proxy season. Proposals are categorized by topic and company, and include proposal lead and co-filer information.

Topping the "most popular" list are human rights proposals (52 proposals filed), as shown here:

 

As of the publishing date, ICCR members had withdrawn 37 proposals based on substantive agreements with the target companies.
