COVID-19: Consider These Individual Performance Metrics

The firm's new article: "Modifying the Individual Performance Factor in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic" suggests metrics that align with, motivate, and create accountability for behavior consistent with company priorities and objectives that likely were not contemplated pre-pandemic, including business continuity plan execution, developing and communicating an emergency succession plan, directing creativity and innovation, and pivoting strategy to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
