Fenwick & West's annual survey benchmarks and compares numerous corporate governance practices and trends among Silicon Valley 150 Index (SV 150) and S&P 100 companies based on 2020 proxy statements filed as of June 30. Notably, the report delves into California's 2018 and 2020 board diversity laws, noting that most SV 150 companies will need to add more women directors to their boards by 2021 to be compliant with the board gender diversity requirements.
