According to Littler’s recently released Annual Employer Survey report, most companies report being impacted by the Trump administration’s policy and regulatory changes, 71% citing effects from DEI-related developments and 65% from immigration—as shown here:

Also noteworthy, nearly two-thirds of companies report staffing challenges tied to immigration policy changes, while regulatory and economic uncertainty have led more than one-third to reduce their workforce and 30% to pause or reduce hiring.
