Certified Corporate Governance Professional^®

There is increasing demand for corporate governance professionals to be trusted advisors who guide organizations toward applying best practices and standards for success. As a result, the profile of corporate governance professionals for public companies has been heightened in recent years and roles are increasingly prominent and broad.

The CCGP - Certified Corporate Governance Professional® (CCGP) exam is the only corporate governance designation available in the United States. Governance professionals meeting eligibility requirements via a combination of experience and education and who pass the test will become a CCGP - Certified Corporate Governance Professional. This designation has been developed by corporate governance experts to meet rigorous national accreditation standards.

The CCGP test is offered at Pearson VUE computer-based test centers in the United States and U.S. Territories. Pearson VUE is an established leader in testing with facilities throughout the United States and U.S. Territories. If approved, you have a period of 6 months from receipt of your Authorization-to-Test email from Pearson VUE to schedule and take the CCGP test. You can only schedule a test date at a Pearson VUE location once you have received that email.
