Reservations for the conference rate of $269/night may be made through Friday, January 6, 2023, or until the room block is sold out. The conference rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the program, based on availability. *During the registration process, we will ask you to agree to following: "I consent to Loews Portofino Bay Hotel sharing information including my name, dates of stay, confirmation numbers, and assigned room numbers and/or room type with the Society in connection with my hotel reservations for this event."

In keeping with the Society's duty to care and responsibility as host of this program, we strongly encourage attendees and speakers to be tested for COVID prior to traveling to this event. Individuals who test positive should stay home. If you're unable to attend, you will still have access to the program materials or you can transfer your registration to a colleague who is able to attend.
