GUEST REGISTRATION

If your spouse/significant other is traveling to the conference with you, we encourage you to register him/her. A registered spouse/guest can participate in conference programs--business and social. This includes breakfast and coffee breaks in the Exhibit Hall, as well as the lunches on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Guests are invited to attend Wednesday’s opening reception, and Friday night’s poolside party. Those who are not registered will not be permitted to enter/attend any of the conference programs including meals or exhibit hall. A spouse/guest is defined as a family member or significant other whose primary purpose in attending the conference is to accompany the registrant and generally would not be eligible for Society membership. A co-worker or associate within the industry does not qualify for a guest registration and should complete an individual registration.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A full refund less $100 will be given with written cancellation (e-mail or mail) received on or before June 5. A half refund less $100 will be given for written cancellations received on or before June 13. No refunds will be given after June 13. Substitutions/registration transfers are allowed if you must cancel after June 13, 2025. Additional fees may apply if substitute is not a member. We cannot transfer registration to a future Society event. Email cancellation notice to the Events team at events@societycorpgov.org.

COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment: In keeping with the Society's duty to care and responsibility as host of this program, we strongly encourage attendees and speakers to be tested for COVID prior to traveling to this event. Individuals who test positive should stay home. If you're unable to attend, you will still have access to the program materials or you can transfer your registration to a colleague who is able to attend.
