The report - which was informed by Deloitte's interviews with executives, board members, and D&I subject matter experts - provides questions and recommended action steps for boards to integrate inclusion into each of five areas of organizational oversight including corporate strategy, governance, talent development, corporate integrity, and performance/accountability. The instructive resource and related guidance are equally effective for non-profit, private, and publicly company boards.
