Further to our earlier post: "SEC Provides Conditional Coronavirus Filing Relief," the SEC since updated its Order to provide that companies unable to meet their filing deadline due to coronavirus-related circumstances must furnish their Form 8-K or Form 6-K by the later of March 16 or the original filing deadline. The originally published Order stated the deadline as the later of March 1 or the original filing deadline.
